Happy Veteran’s Day!

If you have veterans in your life, take the time to appreciate and thank them. They sacrificed for this country and deserve more than our praise and a holiday. They deserve better health care, better social and emotional support, employment and affordable housing. So many of our veterans are are in dire situations and that isn’t right.

Note: Data shown are for sheltered homeless veterans — veterans who spent at least one night homeless in an emergency shelter or transitional housing facility between October 1, 2009 and September 30, 2010.
