Happy Belated New Year!

As you all may have noticed, I didn’t write a new year blog post on the 1st. However, we’re only 15 days into the new year so technically, I can still wish joy and happiness to all my followers and fellow bloggers.

My quick advice for the year: Make plans instead of resolutions.

You want to lose 20 pounds? Mark your calendar for a start date. Set a reminder on your phone. Look for a gym, personal trainer or Beachbody DVD. Get to work. Track your progress. Make it visual. Take pictures of yourself monthly and put it on your fridge.

You want a new job? Mark your calendar for a job search start date. Set a reminder on your phone…..

Get the gist?

Do more than make a resolution. Make a plan and stick to it. A well thought out plan keeps you on track and ensures the best results.

I’m hoping that whatever you all put your mind to this year comes to fruition. That advice applies to me as well.
